This place has great pizza and friendly staff! Huge slices and we didn't have to wait long at all.

This place is tiny inside and it's on a highly traveled street. I mean very busy, with vehicular traffic, pedestrians, and your food delivery guys on their (mostly) electric bikes zooming by. So, parking is a ball breaker. After you get situated with finding parking, better yet, take mass transit if you can, you'll find a non descript pizzeria. It's CASH ONLY ** they have ATM's inside for your convenience, which I had to use and I think the fee was 2.50$ but I'm not sure. The pizzeria slices are HUGE.-ginormous- colossal!! I thought it was going to be superficially large pizza with a horrible taste. ON THE CONTRARY - NO! The pizza was delicious and I found the salt content to be reasonable, perfectly salted. I paid 38$ for the super sized pizza. My kids devoured it, while my wife took pictures of of the kids eating their kite sized pizza slices. I highly recommend this "Bronx Style" pizzeria. The pizza is well cooked, medium to thin sized pizza and the ratio of cheese to tomato sauce is distributed evenly with a slightly cheesier taste than tomato.

I agree. This pizza is large and very tasty. The service is perfect as you pick up and enjoy. The ambiance is right off the high way then jump back to where you are heading to.

I ordered 2 different kinds of pizza. I had a regular slice of pizza and it was really good then the other slice of pizza was the buffalo chicken. That was really good as well. Will definitely order from there again.

Good pizza filling large slices, service is on point fast, great place to grab and go. Employees will engage in conversation if you initiate one otherwise they are strictly business getting order out. Safe place to grab a slice

I used to come here when I was a kid and I thought the slices were big then....they seemed to have gotten bigger or perhaps I am shrinking lol. Nice to see it's still open after all these years. The place is as tiny as ever, there are only 4 bar type stools and a ledge to place your food which is right across from the serving counter. If you don't like the heat do not sit in here or perhaps maybe you should so you can sweat off the 20lbs you gained from eating this yummy behemoth of a slice . Two plain slices and one with mushroom, a water and a creme soda was $17.75 which is an absolute steal in NYC.

Just have an open and adventurous mind, is the Bronx and you get to find good spots to eat, also service is amazing and friendly. The ambiance can be romantic if you have that experience with a loved one like myself with my husband overall this is a spot to go to, to experience more about the Bronx.

HUGEE SLICES & only $4.75 per slice. Other places charge $4 for a plain small pizza. This place is cheap and delicious. They accept Cash only.

When I go back home to New York, this is a must visit for me. Cross Bronx Pizzeria has been a staple in my family since I was a little kid. Any time we were in the mood for pizza Cross Bronx Pizza is where we turned to. This pizza is the right amount of crust to cheese to taste. They have regular size slices but this place is known for their Jumbo Pizza slices. It's a mouth watering slice that people can go pick up after school or order a pie to bring home. The owner is always so nice and greets you as you enter. You can go inside and order and they also have a window on the side of the pizzeria when it's to packed to order inside you can order from outside. These slices are just the right amount of cheese to to bread to crust. I also ordered a beef patty with cheese and cocoa bread. With every bite all three of these items melts in your mouth. Tons of food pleasure, like I always say "Trust the Chubby guy, and I'm chubby! LoL
